QuickTech News, December 1: Today, vivo announced a limited winter promotion for the vivo WATCH 3, with a maximum price reduction of 200 yuan across the entire series. Additional straps are given with the eSIM and ECG versions.

According to vivo's official website, the vivo WATCH 3 Bluetooth version is priced at 899 yuan after the discount, the ECG version at 1499 yuan, and the eSIM version starting at 1199 yuan.

It is understood that the vivo WATCH 3 Bluetooth and eSIM versions were released in November last year, with the ECG version released in May this year.

The vivo WATCH 3 is the first to feature vivo's self-developed BlueRiver operating system, the world's first OS framework written in Rust, supporting various configurations, including devices with 200MHz CPUs and 32MB of memory.

BlueRiver OS collaborates with major applications to develop new watch app stores, allowing downloads and use of third-party apps such as Alipay, Baidu Maps, and Netease Cloud Music.

Compared to the standard version, the vivo WATCH 3 ECG version supports 30-second ECG signal acquisition and recognition. Paired with the vivo Health App, it generates ECG reports to help users identify potential heart health risks.

The watch supports 24-hour heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, allowing users to stay informed about their health status at any time. Coupled with vivo's self-developed CPC cardiopulmonary coupling algorithm, it accurately determines sleep stages.
