This announcement sparked heated discussions. In the comment section, there were comments like "If all seals are gone, the legal representative is fine", "Did Yao lose them?", "Pay salaries! We've been owed salaries for two years!", "Did the editor get paid?", "It seems like they owe salaries, and someone used the business license to take out loans", "Will this terrible company just get away with owing salaries and social security benefits?" and so on.

In fact, this is the fifth announcement by Baoneng Automobile since November 4 regarding the loss of official seals and business licenses of its subsidiaries. Previous announcements involved Baoneng Automobile R&D (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Baoneng Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Qianhai Ruizhi Investment Co., Ltd., and Baoneng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd.

In these five announcements, all five companies involved stated that due to objective reasons, they would not proceed with the re-engraving of official seals or reissuing of business licenses for the time being. To protect the interests of all parties and prevent criminals from illegally using the invalidated official seals and business licenses for illegal activities, they solemnly notify all related parties that from this date, any power of attorney without the original handwritten signature and fingerprint of the company's legal representative will be considered invalid. Activities, documents, and litigation activities conducted or signed based on invalid authorization will also be considered invalid, and the company will not bear any corresponding responsibility.
According to a report by Nandu.com and Wan Caishe on November 7, an insider from Baoneng Automobile Group told reporters on the same day that the official seals and business licenses had not been lost, and the relevant companies had debunked the rumors. The insider further explained that the lost statement published on the official account was written by a former employee who had a falling out with the company, and the company had already debunked the rumors. However, he said he did not know the specific channels for debunking rumors and suggested that reporters contact the brand center for detailed information.
