In September 2025, at the 26th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE), Jiangsu Hengxin Quartz will showcase its high-purity synthetic quartz product solutions tailored for precision optics, high-energy lasers, and semiconductor applications at booth 5A12. These solutions are designed to meet a wide range of customer needs.

1. Precision Optics Product Solutions

For laser cutting applications, we provide high-quality, low-absorption quartz glass products. These products boast a low metal impurity content (<100 ppb) and a low hydroxyl content (<1 ppm), with an absorption coefficient of <1 ppm/cm at 1064 nm. They are ideal for focusing collimators and laser fiber end caps in high-power laser cutting systems exceeding 10,000 watts. Additionally, for laser welding and marking, we offer high-uniformity quartz glass plates with diameters or diagonals over 600 mm. These plates exhibit an optical non-uniformity of <5×10^－6 within any 150 mm aperture, ensuring high beam quality for laser welding and marking processes.

2. High-Energy Laser Application Solutions

For high-power UV optics applications, we introduce large-size UV optical quartz glass products with diameters or diagonals ranging from 600 mm to 1000 mm. These products feature an optical non-uniformity of <5×10^－6 and exceptional laser-induced damage resistance (bulk damage threshold >80 J/cm² at 355 nm, 3 ns). They are well-suited for large-size windows, mirrors, and gratings in high-power UV laser systems. Furthermore, to meet the high-stability and reliability demands of high-energy laser systems, we offer large-size, high-uniformity, low-absorption quartz glass products. These products have an optical non-uniformity of <5×10^－6 and an absorption coefficient of <1 ppm/cm, addressing temperature rise and high beam quality requirements.

3. Semiconductor Product Solutions

For semiconductor optics applications, we supply IC photomask substrate quartz glass products with high transmittance in the visible/UV bands and excellent optical uniformity. These products are tailored for high-precision lithography applications. For high-end semiconductor device applications, we provide semiconductor high-purity quartz products, including etching rings, which meet the stringent purity requirements for quartz devices in advanced manufacturing processes. Additionally, for the burgeoning display sector, we introduce LCD photomask substrate products.
