On November 13, Aopu Optoelectronics disclosed that, driven by the necessity to streamline the company's governance framework, Ms. Wang Shengnan submitted her resignation as a director from the company's eighth board of directors. Her resignation took immediate effect upon submission to the board. Following her departure, Ms. Wang Shengnan will no longer occupy any role within the company.

Concurrently, on November 12, 2025, the company convened an employee congress, which elected Mr. Pei Chaohui (with a resume attached) as the employee representative director for the company's eighth board of directors. His tenure will commence from the date of his election by the employee congress and will conclude upon the expiration of the eighth board's term.

Moreover, Aopu Optoelectronics has also declared the dissolution of its board of supervisors and the elimination of supervisor roles. The powers and responsibilities formerly vested in the board of supervisors will now be transferred to the audit committee of the board of directors. Consequently, the company's 'Rules of Procedure for the Board of Supervisors' and other pertinent regulations governing the board of supervisors will be duly repealed.

As a result of the board of supervisors' dissolution, the supervisor positions on the eighth board of supervisors, previously held by Ms. Jiang Yueying, Ms. Wei Lin, and Mr. Pei Chaohui, have been automatically vacated. While Ms. Jiang Yueying and Ms. Wei Lin will relinquish all positions within the company, Mr. Pei Chaohui will retain his other roles within the organization.
