Selection Process

This awards event adheres steadfastly to the principles of 'fairness, impartiality, and openness,' employing a three-stage process: 'Nomination and Application—Online Voting—Expert Final Review.'

Stage 1: (January-April) Application and Nomination

The awards event welcomes applications from across the industry, with the submission deadline set for April 30, 2026.

Stage 2: (June) User Voting and Expert Selection

The scoring system operates on a 10-point scale. The expert jury panel will assign scores based on the selection criteria. The final list of winners will be determined by a weighted combination, with expert scores contributing 70% and online votes contributing 30%.

Stage 3: (July) Announcement of Winners

The shortlist results will be unveiled in June, followed by the announcement of winners in July, accompanied by comprehensive reports on the OFweek official website and extensive promotion across multiple media channels.

Voting participation is restricted to online methods. The same IP address is permitted to cast only one vote per day for the same nominated project. The total number of votes received by each project within the designated voting period will be taken into account. Award categories will select 3-5 final winners based on the industry contribution and impact representativeness of each shortlisted project (the specific number will be determined based on the evaluation situation).
