On September 30th, Yutong Optics announced on its official WeChat account that, drawing on over ten years of expertise in glass aspheric molding technology, it has incorporated array molding technology into the production of C-Lenses. The company has successfully transitioned from process validation to achieving monthly production volumes in the tens of millions, marking its entry into the phase of large-scale manufacturing and distribution.

Regarding capacity support, Yutong Optics currently operates over 600 sets of precision molding automation equipment, along with more than 30 imported automatic coating machines. This setup ensures consistent coating quality and product uniformity, with a stable first-pass yield rate exceeding 85%. For C-Lens products, the high-precision molding process has been validated by top-tier optical module customers and has secured substantial orders, establishing monthly production in the tens of millions as a standard delivery capacity.

Yutong Optics noted that the array molding technology system boasts significant product scalability and will be systematically applied to the manufacturing of advanced optical components, such as A-Lenses (aspheric lenses) and G-Lenses (gradient-index lenses). This will provide a reusable, large-scale delivery molding optical platform for the optical communications industry.
