Award Selection Process

Phase 1: Enterprise Application and Nomination (Application Deadline: June 13, 2025)

The award selection activity collects applications from the industry in an open format. Excellent enterprises with innovative products and technologies can apply to participate, and the judging panel can also recommend some candidates. Applicants are requested to submit relevant materials to the organizing committee by June 13th; applications received after this date will not be accepted.

Phase 2: Online Voting and Expert Evaluation (June 18-27, 2025)

Enterprise award application materials will be displayed and promoted through various channels. Users can log in to the official event website to vote for the shortlisted participating enterprises and products. The judging panel will conduct multiple discussions on the shortlisted candidates, reference online voting opinions, and finalize the list of winners. (This scoring adopts a 10-point system. The judging panel scores based on the evaluation criteria, with experts' scores accounting for 70% of the weight and online voting accounting for 30% of the weight)

Phase 3: Announcement of Shortlisted Results (July 7, 2025)

The shortlisted results will be announced in advance, and the list will be synchronized on the OFweek official website and senior industry media for detailed reporting, jointly promoting it with multiple parties.

Phase 4: Award Ceremony (July 30, 2025)

A grand award ceremony will be held on the day of the conference, inviting shortlisted enterprises, representatives of the judging panel, professional audiences, netizens, and mainstream industry media to gather and witness the event together.

Remarks: Regarding Online Voting Rules

Participating enterprises in this award selection activity do not need to pay any fees for registration. User voting participation is limited to online methods, with each IP address allowed to vote once per day for the same participation item. The number of votes received by each project is based on the voting time limit specified in the activity; the award settings will select the final winners based on the industry contribution and representative influence of each shortlisted participation item.

If it is found that an enterprise has engaged in malicious voting, all votes will be cleared upon verification, and the enterprise may be disqualified from participating by the organizer. All participating enterprises are requested to abide by the participation order.
