High-Performance AI Computing with Separated Heat Dissipation Design
The GM-1100 series is an Edge AI industrial computer tailored for space-constrained environments. Despite its compact dimensions of 260 x 200 x 85 mm, it houses a 14th-generation Intel Core processor (Raptor Lake-S Refresh) and an NVIDIA MXM GPU module, offering robust computing performance and exceptional graphics processing capabilities. This makes it ideally suited for mobile Edge AI applications. To tackle the heat challenge posed by simultaneous CPU and GPU operation, the GM-1100 series employs a separated heat dissipation design that directs the heat sources of the CPU and GPU to the top cover and sides of the aluminum extrusion housing, respectively, supplemented by an external fan. This innovative design enhances heat dissipation efficiency, enabling it to thrive in harsh high-temperature environments.
Effortless Upgrade for Evolving Performance
Whether catering to lightweight AI applications or high-end AI inference tasks, the GM-1100 series offers the flexibility to install Type A/Type B MXM GPU modules based on customer requirements through the modular design of the MXM Carrier Board. Should there be a need for performance upgrades in the future, simply replacing the MXM GPU module, without the need to replace the entire system, offers a cost-effective and eco-friendly upgrade solution.
Meeting High-Speed Transmission and Wireless Communication Needs
To satisfy the transmission efficiency demands of Edge AI applications for images or files, the GM-1100 series provides high-speed I/O interface options such as 1/2.5/10 GbE LAN and 20Gbps USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C. In terms of storage, it offers not only 2x 2.5" HDD/SSD but also high-speed NVMe SSD storage. To adapt to diverse mobile application scenarios, the built-in M.2 expansion slot supports wireless communication modules like 5G or Wi-Fi.
Robust and Compact, Ideal for Mobile Applications
Robustness is ingrained in the core design philosophy of Cincoze products. Besides featuring industrial-grade protection such as wide temperature (-40 – 70°C) and wide voltage (9 – 48 VDC) tolerance, the GM-1100 series has passed or meets numerous international standards and certifications, including the US military standard for shock and vibration resistance (MIL-STD-810H), railway transportation (EN 50121-3-2), in-vehicle (E-mark), and UL safety certification.
