Recently, Dingxin Communication released its third-quarter report for 2024. In the first three quarters of this year, the company achieved a total operating revenue of 2.254 billion yuan, an increase of 3.52% year-on-year, with a net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies at -28.4369 million yuan, a decrease of 152.84% year-on-year.

On a quarterly basis, in the third quarter, the company achieved a total operating revenue of 818 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.31%, with a net profit attributable to shareholders of 20.2111 million yuan, an increase of 12.69% year-on-year.

The company explained that the decline in net profit in the first three quarters compared to the same period last year was mainly due to the impact of the State Grid blacklist incident and the Southern Power Grid blacklist warning. The company reviewed the realizability of its inventories and provisioned a significant impairment loss on assets.

The financial report shows that Dingxin Communication received a blacklist warning from China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. on July 29th this year, and the current warning period and final outcome are still uncertain.

In the first three quarters of this year, the company provisioned an asset impairment loss of 118 million yuan, compared to 2.0941 million yuan for the same period last year.

Dingxin Communication disclosed on the exchange's interactive platform on October 31st that as of October 20th, the number of shareholders was 31,541, a decrease of 1,193 from the previous period (October 10th), representing a quarter-on-quarter decrease of 3.64%. This marks the third consecutive decline in the number of shareholders, with a cumulative decrease of 21.28%, indicating a trend of continued concentration of shares. Since the concentration of shares, the stock price has increased by 8.66% cumulatively.
