On September 10th, news emerged that Yu Hao, the founder of Dreame Technology, shared three rendering images on his social media platform. These images showcased a vehicle with a sleek, low-profile body, distinctive C-shaped daytime running lights, and a full-width taillight, giving it an uncanny resemblance to a four-door pure electric version of the Bugatti Chiron.
The accompanying caption enthusiastically declared, "The Dreame-Bugatti collaboration will make its grand debut and unveil its prototype at the year-end Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in the United States!"
This unveiling marks a significant milestone, as it is the first time Dreame has showcased the exterior design of its upcoming vehicle since officially announcing its foray into the automotive manufacturing sector on August 28th.
During that initial announcement, it was revealed that the inaugural model under the Dreame brand is slated to make its debut in 2027. Positioned as an "ultra-luxury pure electric vehicle," it aims to compete head-to-head with the iconic Bugatti Veyron.
In tandem with these developments, corresponding actions are being taken on multiple fronts. The Dreame Auto factory is set to be established in Berlin, Germany, in close proximity to Tesla's Gigafactory. The land for the factory has already been secured, paving the way for construction to commence. As for financial support, insider sources indicate that Dreame Auto is also partnering with BNP Paribas to secure global financing for its ambitious projects.
