[Shanghai, China, September 17, 2025] The Huawei KunLun Autumn New Product Launch Event, themed "Empowering SMEs to Embrace Intelligence with Huawei KunLun," took place in Shanghai. During the event, Wang Tao, an Executive Director at Huawei, introduced the "4+10+N" intelligent solutions tailored for SMEs. These solutions provide comprehensive, scenario-based one-stop services, helping SMEs overcome the final hurdle in their journey towards an intelligent future. Additionally, Huawei launched the "Hundred & Ten Thousand Plan" for its Chinese distribution partners, with the goal of nurturing 100 top-tier diamond distribution partners and 10,000 elite engineering firms, thus fully supporting SMEs in their intelligent transformation.

AI has transitioned from being a supplementary tool for businesses to becoming deeply integrated into their core production systems. This integration is reshaping product service models, business strategies, and work processes, making AI the primary driver of business development. SMEs play a crucial role in the national economy and social progress. In China alone, there are over 58 million SMEs, which account for more than 80% of urban employment and contribute 60% of the GDP. However, with the rapid onset of the AI era, SMEs face hurdles in terms of AI awareness, technological capabilities, and application deployment. Many of their needs are hindered by the high technological barriers associated with AI.

Huawei's Executive Director Wang Tao Delivers a Keynote Address

Wang Tao remarked, "Intelligence should be as readily available as water and electricity, ensuring that everyone, every family, and every organization can benefit from it. Addressing the key challenges in SMEs' intelligent transformation, Huawei is dedicated to accelerating this process and ensuring that no SME is left behind in the race towards an intelligent world."

Due to technological and talent constraints, SMEs require straightforward and user-friendly intelligent solutions to swiftly initiate their operations, enhance efficiency, and boost revenue. Previously, engineering firms relied on a multi-product, division-of-labor delivery model, which failed to efficiently meet customer needs in a comprehensive manner. To tackle this issue, Huawei has transformed its product distribution model into a one-stop, scenario-based solution distribution model. This approach involves crafting solutions around specific scenarios and defining products based on those scenarios. Consequently, Huawei KunLun's "4+10+N" intelligent solutions for SMEs were introduced.

The "4" represents four core scenarios that are closely tied to enterprise production and operation: intelligent office, intelligent commerce, intelligent education, and intelligent healthcare. The "10" denotes ten one-stop, scenario-based solutions, encompassing SME offices, smart hotels, digital diagnostic platforms, and intelligent interactive classrooms. The "N" signifies a range of star products designed around these four scenarios. Huawei unveiled 26 star products for the distribution market, including the enterprise-grade wireless router AR180, which integrates routing, switching, Wi-Fi 7, VPN, and other functionalities, as well as products like IdeaHub, which combines AI conferencing, intelligent sound curtains, and intelligent applications, offering comprehensive support for the four scenarios with simplicity, interactivity, and security.

Wang Tao stressed, "At Huawei, we strive to keep things complex for ourselves and simple for our customers and partners. By providing one-stop, scenario-based solutions, we assist SMEs in accelerating their intelligent transformation. Huawei KunLun's one-stop, scenario-based solutions have undergone extensive upgrades in solution development, sales empowerment, and delivery services, empowering our partners and benefiting our SME customers."

In terms of solution development, through product intelligence, solution pre-integration and pre-verification, and multi-product collaboration, solutions can be combined as effortlessly and flexibly as building blocks. Regarding sales empowerment, one-stop access to materials, solution experiences, and scenario-based configuration simplifies the process for engineering firms and customers in product selection and solution design. In delivery services, unified installation, unified network management, and unified customer service enable customers to swiftly acquire intelligent technologies and provide hassle-free delivery for engineering firms.

During the event, Huawei also announced the "Hundred & Ten Thousand Plan" for its Chinese distribution partners, aiming to cultivate 100 diamond partners from capable and enthusiastic gold distribution partners. This expansion from single-product authorization to full-product authorization is designed to help partners grow rapidly and scale up. In collaboration with diamond and gold partners, Huawei will develop 10,000 elite engineering firms to deliver scenario-based solutions and services to end-users, enabling engineering firms to serve users more efficiently.

Wang Tao concluded, "Huawei KunLun's one-stop, scenario-based solutions are designed to bridge the 'last mile' to the intelligent world. We are eager to collaborate with distributors and engineering firms to collectively support SMEs in their intelligent transformation."
