The value of such products lies in their natural suitability for enterprise scenarios, such as remote inspection, instant translation, equipment operation guidance, training, and collaboration. These are precisely some of the edge forms most likely to generate scalable demand in the business-to-business (B2B) market.

If we take a broader view, we'll find that these changes are not isolated incidents but rather a more proactive "positional choice" made by Chinese companies in the global AI industry division of labor. At the level of foundational models and ultra-large-scale computing power, overseas companies still hold the dominant position. When we consider all the changes at this year's CES together, a clear trend emerges: the era of Physical AI is upon us.

This is evident from the conference content as well.

In past CES events, the core narrative around AI primarily focused on generative capabilities, Copilot interaction experiences, and how to produce text, images, audio, and other content more quickly and accurately. By 2026, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, in his keynote speech, clearly defined the main theme of the entire CES as "Physical AI," representing his highest strategic judgment on the future of the AI industry.

The so-called "Physical AI" does not simply refer to deploying AI capabilities to terminal devices but rather to machines' ability to understand the real world, make inferences, and execute physical actions based on sensory results. For example, robotic handling, inspection, reception, and cleaning, as well as urban-level operations and low-speed traffic management in autonomous driving, all require AI to reliably operate along the chain of real-world perception, inference, and execution. Physical AI treats this chain as a holistic system rather than fragmenting it into isolated capabilities.

Finally, market forces are driving this trend, as enterprises and cities have far greater demand for automation scenarios than purely digital needs.
