August 1 news, CCTV.com reported that as of the end of June this year, the scale of smart computing power of central enterprises has doubled year-on-year. Statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology show that nationally, the proportion of smart computing power in the total computing power exceeds 30%. China's computing power structure is being continuously optimized.
China has established 10,000-card clusters in places such as Shanghai and Hohhot, and the computing power platform has initially achieved multi-heterogeneous computing power scheduling, supporting the training and iteration of general large models at the level of 100 billion or more, providing support for large-scale application landing.
In addition, many places are accelerating the layout of new tracks in the artificial intelligence industry. Beijing recently released the "AI+" action plan. It will focus on five major areas including robotics, education, healthcare, culture, and transportation to form a new ecosystem of large model industry applications. By the end of 2025, Beijing will strive to form 3-5 advanced, usable, and autonomously controllable basic large model products, 100 excellent industry large model products, and 1000 industry success cases.
By 2025, Shanghai aims to build a globally influential innovation hub for the robotics industry; achieving "ten-hundred-thousand" breakthroughs in terms of brands, application scenarios, and industrial scale - creating 10 industry-leading robot head brands, 100 benchmark and demonstration robot application scenarios, and a 100 billion yuan robot-related industry scale.
