China Reform Holdings Corporation Limited: A state-owned capital operation company.

Redlepus TSK Vector Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.: Engaged in the sales of civil aviation materials, aviation transportation equipment, aviation operation support services, and intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles. The UK accused Redlepus TSK Vector Industrial of cooperating with Russia to produce long-range strike drones for the battlefield in Ukraine.
