Moore Threads Intelligent Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the domestic full-featured GPU field, has officially started the A-share listing process today by registering for counseling with the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, following yesterday's filing.
Moore Threads, founded in October 2020 with a registered capital of 330 million yuan, is led by Zhang Jianzhong, former general manager of NVIDIA China, who holds a 44.07% stake. The company is dedicated to developing domestic GPUs that cover both graphics rendering and AI computing.
In the four years since its establishment, Moore Threads has made significant progress. In 2021, it launched the MTT S60 series, followed by the more advanced MTT S80 series in 2022, filling the gap in domestic high-performance computing. The company's product line caters to needs ranging from entry-level to high-end professional levels, with the MTT S80 being hailed as the "first domestic gaming GPU." In the field of AI, Moore Threads provides a thousand-card smart computing cluster solution, ranking among the top domestic AI chip providers.
As of October 2024, Moore Threads holds 425 authorized patents, ranking among the top in domestic GPU enterprises.
The company's clients include major operators and large banks. It has completed multiple rounds of financing, raising billions of yuan in total, with investors including China Mobile and Shenzhen Capital Group. According to the Hurun Global Unicorn Index 2024, Moore Threads ranks 261st with a valuation of 25.5 billion yuan.
Moore Threads' listing aims to accelerate its growth with the help of the capital market and create value for investors. It is expected to be listed on the STAR Market, consolidating its leading position in the domestic GPU field and injecting vitality into China's semiconductor industry.
