Xunlei's decision to base its AI global headquarters in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, is fueled by the robust support for the AI industry in the region. Hangzhou boasts a favorable policy environment, and Yuhang District, as a beacon for intelligent manufacturing and the "integration of informatization and industrialization," boasts a thriving digital economy and a comprehensive AI industrial chain.
