The inaugural Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro has arrived at our Kuaikeji review lab. Let's explore the fully upgraded Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop together.

The fully upgraded Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop features a white metal A-face adorned with an engraved "Jiang" character, highlighting a new artistic style of Chinese-style esports. The mold upgrade is no longer a mere public version modification; the newly designed Hanji cooling architecture offers higher efficiency, maintaining cool output over extended periods.

The Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop we received is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070Ti Laptop GPU, paired with 32GB of DDR5-5600 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. Given the current surge in memory prices, the laptop comes with maximum memory capacity, eliminating the need for user upgrades.

The Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor belongs to the Core Ultra 200 series, featuring 20 cores and 20 threads, 30MB of L3 cache, and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.2GHz. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070Ti Laptop GPU is based on the Blackwell core architecture, equipped with 12GB of GDDR7 memory, supporting DLSS 4 multi-frame generation technology, and boasting up to 992 TOPS of computing power.

The Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop features a 16-inch screen with a resolution of 2560x1600, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of up to 180Hz, covering the full sRGB color space.

The Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop incorporates a dual-turbine fan high-efficiency cooling system with six heat pipes and four air outlets on three sides. It uses phase-change thermal materials internally, stably releasing 205W of power.

1. CPU-Z

The Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor. In the CPU-Z benchmark test, it achieved a multi-thread score of 14797.1 and a single-thread score of 835.1.

2. CineBench

In the CINEBENCH R20 test, the CPU achieved a single-core score of 787cb and a multi-core score of 12623cb.

CINEBENCH R23 test results: CPU scored 2093pts in single-core performance and 32431pts in multi-core performance.

CINEBENCH 2024 test results: CPU scored 127pts in single-core performance and 1729pts in multi-core performance.

In the POV-Ray test, the single-core score was 826.00pps, and the multi-core score was 11976.06pps.

4、Hardware Dog

In the Hardware Dog test, the core hardware scored 824279, and the CPU scored 297911.

IV. Graphics Card Theoretical Performance Test: Smooth 2K, No Pressure at 4K

1、3Dmark Time Spy

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070Ti Laptop graphics card equipped in the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop scored 17902 and 8402 in the 3Dmark Time Spy test.

2、3Dmark Fire Strike

In the 3Dmark Fire Strike test, the graphics card scored 47089, 24116, and 11667, respectively.

3、Hardware Dog

In the Hardware Dog graphics card performance evaluation, the test score was 366860.

V. Game and DLSS 4 Performance Test: Significant Frame Rate Improvement with DLSS 4

1、Black Myth: Wukong

In Black Myth: Wukong, using the cinematic quality preset and setting DLSS sampling accuracy to 50, the game frame rate at 2K resolution was recorded.

When DLSS 4's highest 4X level multi-frame generation was enabled in Black Myth: Wukong, the test frame rate at 2K resolution increased from 51 to 155.

2、Hogwarts Legacy

In Hogwarts Legacy, using the ultra-high quality preset and setting DLSS super-resolution to balanced, the game frame rate at 2K resolution was recorded.

When DLSS 4's highest 4X level multi-frame generation was enabled in Hogwarts Legacy, the test frame rate at 2K resolution increased from 116 to 339.

3、Cyberpunk 2077

In Cyberpunk 2077, using the highest quality preset and DLSS frame generation, the game frame rate at 2K resolution was recorded.

When DLSS 4's highest 4X level multi-frame generation was enabled in Cyberpunk 2077, the test frame rate at 2K resolution increased from 46.25 to 144.05.

4、Forza Horizon 5

In Forza Horizon 5, using extreme quality settings at 2K resolution, the final test result was 134fps.

5、Gears 5

In Gears 5, using ultra-high quality settings at 2K resolution, the final test result was 127.1FPS.

6、Horizon Zero Dawn

In Horizon Zero Dawn, using ultimate quality settings at 2K resolution, the final test result was 142fps.

7、Shadow of the Tomb Raider

In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, using the highest quality settings at 2K resolution, the average frame rate was 149.

8、Monster Hunter: Wilds

In Monster Hunter: Wilds, using extremely high quality settings at 2K resolution, the test result was 78.41 frames without frame generation and 116.27fps with frame generation enabled.

VI. Other Tests: Fully Configured 32GB Memory, 180Hz Screen with No Shortcomings

1、Memory

In the AIDA64 memory test, the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop's memory read, write, and copy bandwidths were 84752MB/s, 77573MB/s, and 77324MB/s, respectively, with a latency of 114.3ns.

2、SSD

The Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop's built-in Yangtze River Storage PC41Q 1TB SSD achieved sequential read and write speeds of 5818MB/s and 5416MB/s, respectively, in the CrystalDiskMark test, with 4K read and write speeds reaching 75MB/s and 221MB/s.

In the ATTO Disk Benchmark test, the Yangtze River Storage PC41Q 1TB SSD's 0.5K small file read and write speeds reached 47.36MB/s and 70.47MB/s, respectively, with read and write speeds exceeding 1GB/s starting from 16K, and reaching maximum speeds of over 4.5GB/s for writes and over 5GB/s for reads from 256K onwards.

3、Screen

The Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop is equipped with a 16-inch high-refresh-rate gaming screen with a resolution of 2560x1600, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of up to 180Hz.

We used the SpyderX Elite colorimeter to measure the screen of the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro laptop and found that in SDR mode, the screen can cover 99% of the sRGB color space.

The grayscale curve of the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook screen has an initial Gamma value of 2.2.

In SDR mode, the maximum brightness can exceed 450nits, with a contrast ratio exceeding 1000:1.

The color accuracy Delta-E of the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook screen is 1.15, indicating excellent quality with no noticeable color deviations during use.

VII. Burn-in Test and Battery Life: 205W Power Release for the Entire System, Over 9 Hours of Battery Life in Office Mode

1. Burn-in Test

We used AIDA64 to conduct a CPU burn-in test on the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook. It can be observed that at the beginning of the burn-in test, the CPU power consumption briefly surged to 177W, then quickly stabilized at the 115-125W level and remained steady until the end of the 5-minute test.

During the burn-in test, the CPU core frequency accelerated to a maximum of 5.08GHz and eventually stabilized at 4.0GHz, with the temperature maintained at around 76 degrees Celsius.

We used FurMark to conduct a burn-in test on the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070Ti Laptop GPU of the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook. It can be seen that during the burn-in test, the GPU maintained a stable power release of 140W, with a core frequency of 2017MHz and a core temperature of 73.8 degrees Celsius.

Subsequently, we conducted a dual burn-in test, simultaneously stressing the CPU and GPU. It can be observed that the GPU continued to maintain a power release of 140W, while the CPU power was 65W, with the entire system maintaining a power release of 205W.

2. Battery Life Test

In the Colorful Zizai Planet APP, we set the GPU mode to integrated graphics to simulate an office environment and test the performance and battery life of the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook.

When using integrated graphics, we conducted a benchmark test using PCMark10's Modern Office scenario. The Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook scored 7395 in office performance.

With the same settings, we conducted a battery test in PCMark10 using the Modern Office scenario to test the battery life of the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook. The final battery life result was 9 hours and 11 minutes, with the 80Wh battery being sufficient to complete a full day of work in office mode.

VIII. Conclusion: Comprehensive Upgrade, Aligning the Mainstream Jiangxing Series with High-End Standards

The Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook has undergone a complete upgrade, from its chassis to its configuration, fully aligning with high-end series standards. It no longer uses a slightly modified public version chassis but instead features a brand-new design. The metal top cover adopts a unique Starry White color scheme, with an artistically rendered Chinese character "Jiang" (meaning "general" or "commander") engraved in the top left corner using diamond cutting technology, further enhancing the recognizability of the Jiangxing series.

The dual-turbine fan and six-heat-pipe cooling architecture effortlessly suppresses the 205W power release, allowing the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook to unleash powerful performance while remaining cool and composed.

In terms of performance, the Colorful Jiangxing X16 Pro notebook's configuration approaches flagship levels. The Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX processor features a built-in NPU, 20 cores and 20 threads, with a maximum turbo frequency of 5.2GHz. During burn-in tests, it can stably release 115-125W of power, demonstrating exceptional performance.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070Ti Laptop GPU is based on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, supports DLSS 4, and features 12GB of GDDR7 memory. It can stably release 140W of power, making it unbeatable in 2K gaming, especially in 3A games that support DLSS 4 technology. After enabling DLSS 4, the frame rate surges by 300%, and there is no pressure when running games at 4K on an external display.
