According to exclusive information from "Market Outlook", Feishu is undergoing a new round of adjustments to its commercialization team, with the IB and OB teams scheduled for re-planning in Q1 of next year. IB and OB represent different lead generation models. The IB team is responsible for receiving company leads obtained through advertising and providing follow-up services, while the OB team adopts a self-expansion model, relying on independently exploring new customers or referrals from existing customers to expand business.

There are also reports that Zhu Yuande, Tom, Vice President of Feishu, may return to the sales frontline.

It is understood that previously, Feishu's commercialization team was divided into two major modules: KA (Key Accounts) and GB (Growth Business), serving major customers and growing enterprise customers, respectively. KA customers were overseen by Chief Commercial Officer Lin Chan, while growing enterprise customers were managed by Zhang Yan, who reported to Zhu Yuande, Tom, Vice President of Feishu, who in turn reported directly to Lin Chan.

However, sources close to Feishu told "Market Outlook" that in a series of team adjustments in the second half of this year, Feishu integrated the GB and KA teams, and Zhu Yuande, Tom, Vice President of Feishu, was briefly transferred to the AI department. According to the latest internal planning, Zhu Yuande has now been assigned to return to the sales frontline and may once again take on a core role in driving commercialization efforts.

As early as 2020, ByteDance's commercialization department also underwent a major structural adjustment, integrating the three previously independently operated business lines—KA (National Key Accounts), LA (Local Key Accounts), and SMB (Small and Medium-sized Businesses)—into a unified team to improve collaboration efficiency and resource integration capabilities.

Regarding the above changes, "Market Outlook" sought confirmation from Feishu, but there was no response as of press time.
