Judging from the exposed renderings, the edge design of the rear camera module of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra seems to be inspired by the surface of the Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra watch, presenting a rounded rectangle shape, which is entirely different from the circular camera design of the previous generation.

In addition, according to previous leaked information, the S25 Ultra still adopts a four-camera solution, with the main camera equipped with a 200MP lens that supports 2x optical zoom, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and two 50MP telephoto cameras with 3x and 5x optical zoom respectively.
