As the highest-end product line under Realme, the Pro models of the Realme GT series have always been favored by many consumers for their excellent performance in terms of product quality and cost-effectiveness. Following rumors that the Realme GT7 Pro may officially debut in the fourth quarter of this year, the rear renderings of this new device have recently surfaced.
Indeed, the renderings of the Realme GT7 Pro have been exposed on social media platforms.
In contrast to the previous generation's large circular camera design, the Realme GT7 Pro returns to a matrix layout, featuring a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera, an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a periscope telephoto lens.
The front of the device sports a 1.5K equal-depth micro-curved display, and the frame is expected to have a right-angle design. The new product will be unveiled in Q4 of this year.
In terms of core specifications, the Realme GT7 Pro is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen4 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. This device will be the first to feature a custom 1.5K X2 equal-depth quad-curved display developed jointly with BOE, a 6000mAh silicone battery, support for 100W fast charging, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor with an optimal position, IP69 dust and water resistance, and a Sony LYT-600 3x periscope lens.
Additionally, while the engineering prototype does not support wireless charging, it remains uncertain whether this feature will be included in the final product.
It is worth mentioning that the Realme GT Ne6 SE has pioneered the use of BOE S1 display substrate, achieving a record-breaking brightness of 6000 nits on its screen. It also exclusively features an 8T LTPO circuit solution among products in its price range, enabling direct refresh rate switching, significantly enhancing screen smoothness.
Compared to 7T LTPO, the 8T LTPO circuit solution adds a set of transistor circuits for pixel reset, improving pixel refresh rates. This advancement enables instant refresh rate switching, where the screen refresh rate can jump from 1Hz to 120Hz upon touch, bypassing intermediate refresh rates, and delivering an intuitive improvement in fluency.
In terms of additional features, as a flagship model, it is expected to include full-featured NFC, infrared remote control, dual speakers, and a linear X-axis motor. On the software side, the device is anticipated to come pre-installed with the upgraded Realme UI 6.0 system. Based on the continuous introduction of new features and AI optimizations in Realme UI 5.0, Realme UI 6.0 is highly anticipated.
Regarding pricing, the Realme GT7 Pro will continue to prioritize quality over cost, following the strategy of the Realme GT5 Pro, positioning itself as the most aggressive Snapdragon 8 Gen4 flagship in its segment.
The predecessor, the Realme GT5 Pro, debuted at a starting price of RMB 3,298, offering a Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor, a custom 1.5K screen developed jointly with BOE, a Sony LYT-808 main camera, an IMX890 telephoto lens with Super Light Imaging Algorithm, a 5400mAh battery, 100W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging, making it highly competitive in its segment.
Furthermore, it is reported that the Realme GT7 Pro plans to launch globally in the fourth quarter of this year. Continuing the differentiated strategy of the Realme GT5 Pro, the new model highlights its ultra-large-capacity silicon anode battery and periscope camera technology.
Notably, leaks suggest that the Realme GT7 Pro will offer a white color variant, suggesting a focus on design and personalization, potentially making it a competitive option in the market. However, specific configuration details have not been fully confirmed, so please stay tuned for more information in future reports.
Finally, Mingmei Infinite has compiled the exposed specifications of the Realme GT7 Pro as follows:
