To cut to the chase, among the apps from several automotive companies that we tested, only Tesla had made some efforts towards adaptation. However, certain pages still remained unoptimized.
For instance, when the device was unfolded, the app's homepage merely occupied a portion of the middle area of the screen, and there were also display anomalies with the images embedded within the app.

Regarding other automotive companies, we tested apps from brands including Xiaomi, Li Auto, NIO, XPeng, Leapmotor, Zeekr, BYD, and Harmony Intelligent Mobility, and discovered that none of them were currently optimized for the iPhone Duo.

When the internal screen was unfolded horizontally, the app only displayed vertically in the central portion of the screen, failing to occupy the entire display.

When unfolded vertically, the app could be expanded to fill the screen vertically by clicking the zoom button in the bottom right corner, but black bars still persisted on the sides.

As for the external screen, the app was displayed towards the left, leaving a black bar on the right side.

At present, it seems that the majority of automotive companies have not yet commenced the adaptation of their apps for the iPhone Duo. At this juncture, using the iPhone Duo to control a vehicle may entail enduring some inconveniences for the time being.
However, Electric Vehicle News (ID: dianchetong233) also observed that numerous mainstream apps, and even some of Apple's own apps, have not yet been optimized for the iPhone Duo. Nevertheless, such an imperfect experience is likely to be a transient issue. As more apps gradually undergo adaptation, we are confident that the user experience of this device will become even more seamless.
