Yipu Optoelectronics and Neusoft Japan Sign MoU to Jointly Advance Pre-Integrated Vehicle HUD Solutions

Yipu Optoelectronics recently announced on its official WeChat account that the company has formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Neusoft Japan Corporation. Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate in vehicle HUD and related fields, focusing on product integration, joint solution development, and user scenario innovation, with the goal of jointly delivering pre-integrated turnkey solutions to OEMs.

This move is consistent with Yipu Optoelectronics' recent trajectory. At the end of 2025, the company completed the relocation of its headquarters from Tianjin to Jinjiang, Fujian. In the months that followed, it moved swiftly on several fronts: a strategic acquisition of Suzhou Longma Puxin (LBS MEMS chips and micromirror scanners), the acquisition of Dekai Vehicle Lighting (exterior intelligent lighting), and the consolidation of HUD development resources. Together, these steps have formed a full-stack closed loop for automotive optics—spanning core optical components and PGU optical engines through to HUD complete units and vehicle lighting assemblies. Its full-stack intelligent optoelectronic system solution has already secured a project nomination from overseas emerging OEM VinFast, and its full-stack capabilities have entered the OEM supporting verification stage.

Neusoft Japan serves as Neusoft Group's vehicle software support base in the Japanese market. It has long been involved in the localized delivery of smart cockpits, navigation, and vehicle software, and has established partnerships with local players such as ZENRIN. This gives the company software integration and scenario adaptation experience specifically geared toward Japanese OEMs.

For Yipu Optoelectronics, having achieved a hardware full stack, the next challenge lies precisely in deeply integrating HUD with cockpit domain software, navigation, and intelligent driving information. For Neusoft Japan, building a deliverable overall solution in the HUD space equally depends on optical PGU and complete-unit capabilities.
