According to Fast Technology on August 19, today, the well-known digital blogger Digital Chat Station released the design sketches of the standard version of the OPPO Find X8, the most notable change of which is the change from a curved screen to a flat screen design.
According to the design drawings, the screen design of the OPPO Find X8 has changed from the curved screen of the previous generation to a flat screen design, which theoretically can reduce the probability of accidental touches on the screen when holding it, and adopts an extremely narrow bezel design, which is expected to further increase the screen-to-body ratio.
In addition, the OPPO Find X8 still uses a triple rear camera module, with three lenses inside the camera module, and the flash is still located in the top left corner of the lens module.
However, the camera layout of the OPPO Find X8 is different from that of the previous generation OPPO Find X7. The periscope telephoto lens, which was originally located in the center, has been moved to the right side. The center is marked with the "Hasselblad" logo, which is still highly recognizable.
According to current information, the OPPO Find X8 will be equipped with MediaTek's new flagship chip, the Dimensity 9400. Its Cortex-X925 supercore offers a 36% performance improvement over the previous-generation Cortex-X4, and AI performance is increased by 41%. The Immortalis-G925 GPU offers a 37% performance improvement over the G720, with a 30% reduction in power consumption, a 52% improvement in ray tracing performance, and a 34% improvement in AI performance. It can be equipped with up to 14 cores.
