Consumer Daily - Jinzhao News On June 30, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website revealed that Avita Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. had successfully updated and submitted its listing application materials for the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The updated data indicates that Avita's revenue is projected to reach RMB 25.631 billion in 2025, marking a significant year-on-year increase of 68.7%. After achieving profitability for the first time in 2024, the gross profit is expected to expand to RMB 2.417 billion in 2025, with the gross profit margin rising to 9.4%. Additionally, the operating cash flow for 2025 is estimated at RMB 2.315 billion.

In terms of sales performance, Avita's total vehicle sales in 2025 are projected to reach 122,702 units, ranking it eighth in the Chinese new luxury new energy passenger vehicle market for vehicles priced above RMB 200,000. In overseas markets, Avita achieved revenue of RMB 1.398 billion in 2025, accounting for 5.5% of its total revenue, with an average selling price in overseas markets exceeding RMB 300,000.
As of May 31, 2026, Avita has expanded its presence to 43 countries and regions, boasting 95 distribution points. The company plans to officially enter the European market within the year. Regarding its equity structure, Changan Automobile holds a 41.57% stake directly and indirectly through Chang'an Innovation, making it Avita's largest shareholder. CATL directly holds a 9.17% stake, with entities under its umbrella holding a combined 9.38% stake, positioning it as the second-largest shareholder.
Furthermore, although Huawei is not a shareholder of Avita, it contributes through technologies such as intelligent driving solutions and HarmonyOS cockpits. Notably, Avita completed its investment in Huawei's Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinwang") in 2025, acquiring a 10% stake and achieving positive investment returns in the first year, with a share of RMB 182 million in the profits of the associated company in 2025.

At the market level, Avita announced on July 1 that it had secured an L3 autonomous driving test license, and the relevant road testing work for its vehicles has been fully implemented as planned. The company stated that at this stage, it will conduct on-site verification of L3 autonomous driving using the publicly open test sections in Chongqing, while simultaneously advancing reliability testing for actual road access and deeply adapting to the complex domestic road conditions and diverse traffic scenarios. Multiple compliance testing efforts have been initiated concurrently. 
Avita Service Center (reference image) According to the plan, Avita will unveil the SUV model 07L in the third quarter of 2026 and introduce a flagship large six-seater SUV equipped with CATL's Qilin condensed matter battery within the year. Additionally, Avita stated that, leveraging in-depth collaboration with Yinwang, its subsequent models will fully integrate next-generation intelligent technologies and become among the first brands to adopt Huawei's Qiankun next-generation assisted driving system.
