From January to April, cumulative automobile production and sales reached 10.175 million and 10.06 million units, respectively, marking year-on-year increases of 12.9% and 10.8%. Compared to the first quarter, the growth rates for production and sales narrowed by 1.6 and 0.4 percentage points, respectively. This period represents the first time in history that cumulative production and sales exceeded 10 million units in the first four months.
