On May 12, a delegation headed by Sun Feng, the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at North Opto-electronics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "North Opto-electronics"), along with leaders from its key subsidiaries—such as North Opto-electronics Co., Ltd., Shandong North Optics, Henan Pingyuan Opto-electronics, Xi'an Institute of Applied Optics, and Hubei Xinhua Guang Information Materials—paid a visit to Costar for research and exchange purposes. They were warmly received by Chen Haibo, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Costar Group, as well as Wei Quanqiu, the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

During their research visit, Sun Feng and his delegation embarked on a tour of Costar's subsidiary production sites and product exhibition halls, including Nanyang Lida Opto-electronics, Henan Dubang Opto-electronics, Nanyang Nanfang Intelligent Opto-electronics, and the Automotive Opto-electronic Display Branch. Their primary focus was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the process characteristics, performance indicators, and market applications of the core products on display.

At the symposium that followed, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on a range of topics, including the 15th Five-Year Plan, complementary technological strengths, and industrial collaboration. They zeroed in on key areas and proposed the establishment of a development model characterized by "greater overall strength and enhanced cooperation."

Both parties concurred that the optoelectronic industry is now entering a strategic phase of intelligent and integrated development. Looking ahead, they pledged to prioritize collaboration, bolster resource complementarity, deepen cooperation in emerging fields, harness systemic traction, and ultimately elevate their overall competitiveness.
