On August 20, Dongguan Yuanli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Yuanli Optoelectronics') is poised to undergo scrutiny at the BSE Listing Committee's review session. As per the BSE's announcement, the Listing Committee is slated to convene the 77th review meeting of 2026 at 9 a.m. on August 20, with the primary agenda being the examination of Yuanli Optoelectronics' initial public offering (IPO). Dongguan Securities will serve as the sponsor for this event.

Since its inception in 2010, Yuanli Optoelectronics has delved deeply into the optical sector, concentrating on the research and development, production, and marketing of light guide plates and Mini-LED optical products. The company boasts a significant market share in the global automotive display, tablet, and laptop application domains. It has forged cooperative ties with prominent clients, including BOE, GVO, Hanbo Hi-Tech, LianTronics, Waichi Optoelectronics, and Handa Beauty.

In terms of financial performance, Yuanli Optoelectronics has demonstrated accelerating growth in recent years. From 2023 to 2025, the company's revenue surged from 234 million yuan to 408 million yuan, while its net profit attributable to the parent company climbed from 24.8 million yuan to 62.43 million yuan. In the first half of 2026, the company reported revenue of 219 million yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 28.13%. Its net profit attributable to the parent company reached 41.2312 million yuan, reflecting a year-on-year surge of 51.04%.

For this IPO endeavor, Yuanli Optoelectronics intends to publicly issue no more than 9.78 million shares and raise 281 million yuan, with the primary objective of funding projects such as the construction of a production base and R&D center in Ningbo.
