Figure 03 Humanoid Robot Unveiled

Figure AI has introduced its next-generation general-purpose humanoid robot, Figure 03, designed primarily for home service scenarios. The robot can autonomously perform complex tasks such as folding clothes, washing dishes, and tidying rooms. It has also been selected for TIME Magazine's 2025 list of Most Inventive Robots.

Figure 03 is equipped with the company's self-developed Helix neural network system, which mimics human cognitive structures, enabling environmental perception, real-time reasoning, and autonomous actions. Its hardware design includes palm-embedded cameras, allowing precise object manipulation even when the main field of view is obstructed. Official demonstrations show that all robot actions are fully autonomous, requiring no remote control.

DeepRobotics Unveils Humanoid Robot DR02

On October 9, DeepRobotics announced the release of its first industrial-grade, all-weather humanoid robot, DR02. According to reports, DR02 stands 1.75 meters tall, weighs 75 kg, and features 31 degrees of freedom (excluding end effectors). It walks at a speed of 1.5 meters per second, with a maximum speed of 4 meters per second, and boasts an AI computing power of up to 275 TOPS (a unit of processor computing capability). Like DeepRobotics' previous quadrupedal robots, the DR02 is IP66-rated for water and dust resistance and can operate normally in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 55°C.

Rushen Robot Secures Multi-Million Yuan Angel++ Round Financing

Recently, health and wellness embodied intelligence company Rushen Robot (RobotGym) announced the completion of a multi-million yuan Angel++ round financing, exclusively invested by Lihe Finance. The funds raised will be directed towards core technology iteration, product engineering advancement, large-scale pilot projects in elderly care scenarios, and early market layout (market layout). The company has officially initiated its Pre-A round financing.

Jingshi Technology Completes Multi-Million Yuan Series A Financing

Jingshi Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingshi Technology") recently completed a multi-million yuan Series A financing round, exclusively invested by Ivy Capital. The funds will be primarily used to advance technology research and development, iteration, and upgrades, as well as to accelerate the mass production, market launch, and delivery of consumer-grade and industrial-grade robot products.

Previously, the company received strategic financing from Hongrun Times Technology, a subsidiary of Hongrun Construction, and Kaierda.

Cancer Intelligent Drive Completes Nearly 100 Million Yuan Series A Financing

Wuxi Cancer Intelligent Drive Technology Co., Ltd., a domestic innovator in intelligent drives and integrated joints, announced the completion of a Series A financing round worth nearly 100 million yuan. The round was led by ECOVACS Strategic Investment, with participation from industrial resource providers such as Shanghai Ningwei Ren and Shanghai Huyin.

Shutu Technology Secures Multi-Million Yuan Angel Round Financing

Recently, Shutu Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shutu Technology"), a company specializing in multimodal embodied intelligence data collection and model technology development, announced the completion of a multi-million yuan Angel round financing, co-led by Oriental Fortune Capital and Jianju Capital. The funds will be mainly used for the iterative upgrading of video embodied data collection pipelines and to accelerate the delivery of commercialized data services to several leading embodied intelligence companies.

Dongyi Technology Officially Launches PhyArc Series Cycloidal Joints

Recently, Dongyi Technology officially launched its quasi-direct drive integrated cycloidal joint module series, PhyArc. The new joint modules offer up to a 70% increase in torque; a maximum no-load speed of 343.8 RPM, representing a 186.5% increase over the previous generation; some PhyArc series structures utilize new polymer materials, with the lightest module weighing just 0.34 kg; they employ unique phase-change heat dissipation technology, extending joint lifespan to 5,000-10,000 hours; and they can withstand over five times the instantaneous overload impact force, with joint reducer backlash as low as 1 arc minute.

Zhiyuan Robotics Denies Plans for Hong Kong IPO

Recently, media reports claimed that Zhiyuan Robotics is planning to launch its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong in 2026, with a target valuation range of HK$40 billion to HK$50 billion (approximately RMB 36.3 billion to RMB 45.5 billion). In response, Zhiyuan Robotics stated that the information is false.

Zhiyuan Robotics Secures Multi-Million Yuan Order for Genie G2 Framework

Recently, Zhiyuan Robotics and Longsys Technology, a global leader in smart product ODM, officially announced a deep strategic cooperation for the application of embodied intelligence robots in industrial scenarios. Longsys Technology has placed a multi-million yuan order for Zhiyuan's Genie G2 robot framework.

Zhiyuan Robotics stated that the collaboration will involve the deployment of nearly a thousand robots, marking one of the largest orders in China's industrial embodied intelligence robot sector.

Tesla Reduces Optimus Robot Production Target to 2,000 Units

According to foreign media reports citing two informed sources, Tesla has abandoned plans to produce thousands of robots this year due to difficult progress on the robot's "hand," the most technically challenging component. Sources said that project employees repeatedly informed Elon Musk that his expansion timeline was overly optimistic. Subsequently, these concerns were validated when the production target was significantly reduced to just 2,000 units mere months later.

Alibaba Establishes Small Team for Robotics and Embodied Intelligence

On October 8, Lin Junyang, head of Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen large language model, posted on social media that a small team for robotics and embodied intelligence has been established. He stated that multimodal foundational models are evolving into foundational agents capable of utilizing tools and memory for long-horizon reasoning through reinforcement learning. "They absolutely should transition from the virtual world to the physical world," he said.

Yuanli Infinite Signs 260 Million Yuan Embodied Intelligence Order

According to the "Yuanli Infinite Robot" official WeChat account, in October, Yuanli Infinite Intelligent Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Shihua Cultural Tourism Holdings Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou, with a project value of up to 260 million yuan. This marks the largest single commercial order for embodied intelligence globally to date.
