Recently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosed that Shenzhen UFactory Robotics Co., Ltd.'s initial public offering (IPO) application for listing on ChiNext will undergo review by the listing committee on July 22. Founded in 2015 in Nanshan, Shenzhen, UFactory became the "first collaborative robot stock" with its Hong Kong Stock Exchange debut in December 2024. On April 27, 2026, the company's ChiNext IPO application was formally accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, taking just 86 days from acceptance to review.

On July 14, UFactory disclosed operational data for the first half of 2026. The figures showed expected revenue of RMB 300-330 million, doubling year-on-year; gross profit projected at RMB 140-170 million, up 84.73%-124.31% YoY. After excluding exchange losses and share-based payments, adjusted net profit ranged from RMB -65 million to -35 million.
