On December 12, the "Summit Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China and Jointly Drafting the Innovation Blueprint for AI Large Models" was successfully held at Star Place in Beijing. Organized by the Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and the Hong Kong (China) Chamber of Commerce, with co-organizers including Invest Hong Kong, Zhongguancun Digital Intelligence Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance, and Science China: Information Sciences, the event aimed to mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and explore how AI technology can drive new economic trends and foster collaboration between Beijing and Hong Kong in establishing international innovation and technology hubs.

The summit brought together over a hundred experts, scholars, corporate leaders, and investors in the realm of AI large models, along with representatives from member companies of the Hong Kong (China) Chamber of Commerce. Quantapi Technology Co., Ltd., a leading provider of scenario-based digital solutions in China, was among the supporters. Committed to pioneering and innovating in AI, Quantapi leverages its cutting-edge closed-loop scenario-based service capabilities, modular operational efficiency, large-scale product and service delivery, and robust AI enabling competencies to offer comprehensive digital solutions across multiple industries. With an increasingly open and proactive stance, Quantapi now embraces AI industry opportunities to bolster digital economy development.

During the summit, heads of relevant departments elaborated on the latest policies, analyzed trend shifts, and conducted pragmatic studies on industry growth paths. Industry leaders actively exchanged insights on the current state of industry technology advancement and application scenarios, drawing from the latest research findings and practical experiences. They delved into AI large model industry innovation and Hong Kong's positive role in the overseas expansion of mainland AI large model enterprises.

In a panel discussion titled "Technological Innovation and Industrial Applications of AI Large Models," Zhou Qiang, CTO and board member of Quantapi Technology Co., Ltd., and a member of the National Engineering Laboratory for Virtual Reality Technology and Applications, joined Zhang Jinda, deputy secretary-general of the Zhongguancun Digital Intelligence Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance, and Zhao Liwei, senior vice president of Beijing Megvii Technology Co., Ltd., and general manager of the Cloud Service Business Department, among others. They discussed the latest advancements in AI large model technology and industrial applications and their implications for future trends.

In the midst of a new wave of industrial revolution, AI stands as a significant trend and an even greater opportunity. Grasping the pulse of the times is crucial to seize development opportunities. Zhou Qiang emphasized that cost reduction and efficiency enhancement are core concerns for enterprises, especially technology-driven ones facing high operational and R&D costs. Leveraging AI large models can significantly aid enterprise growth. He predicts that these models will thrive in terms of cost savings and efficiency gains. However, he also noted that AI large models currently have limited penetration into everyday life, expressing hope for broader application scenarios that provide more practical experience for the integrated development of scientific and technological innovation in Beijing and Hong Kong.

Notably, on October 21, according to the "Cyberspace Administration of Beijing," Beijing registered 12 new generative AI services, including Kuaishou Technology's "Keling," Megvii Technology's "Megvii Taiyi," and Quantapi's "Liangxingwen." Quantapi's newly launched "Liangxingwen" is a large language model with advanced logical reasoning capabilities. Users can interact with "Liangxingwen" through text, describing their shopping intentions or usage scenarios, and the model intelligently recommends products matching users' interests based on deep logical reasoning of platform supply chain inventory data and user needs.

Artificial intelligence has profoundly impacted human society's economic development, making the "AI+" initiative imperative across sectors. Technological leaps and disruptive tool innovations often enhance human well-being, and AI, as an extension of human intelligence, brings about tremendous changes. As an industry pioneer in scientific and technological innovation, Quantapi believes in the goodness of technology and aims to empower industry development through technological means while contributing to the construction of international innovation and technology centers in Beijing and Hong Kong.
