Fast Tech News, August 12 - GPD officially launched the "Pocket 4," its first AMD Ryzen AI 300 series-based all-in-one handheld computer, equipped with the flagship Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and the most powerful integrated graphics card to date, the Radeon 890M.

In its product introduction, GPD claims that when paired with LPDDR5X-7500 memory and operating at 45W, the Radeon 890M integrated graphics achieved a 3DMark Time Spy graphics score of 3647.

In comparison, Intel's yet-to-be-officially-released high-end model in the Lunar Lake family, the Core i7-268V, integrates the Intel Arc 140V graphics card with the new Xe2 architecture. Also operating at 45W (memory speed unspecified, possibly 7500MHz), it achieved a Time Spy graphics score of 3438.

In other words, AMD has approximately a 6% advantage.

Interestingly, the Time Spy test typically favors Intel.

Previous data showed that the Radeon 890M achieved a Time Spy score of 4221 when operating at 54W, nearly matching the RTX 3050 Mobile version operating at 50W. Compared to the previous-generation Radeon 780M operating at 72W, there was a significant 31% improvement.
