Fast Technology News on November 14th: Market research firm Counterpoint Research has released the latest list of the top 10 global smartphone sales for the third quarter of 2024.
The iPhone 15 was the top-selling smartphone globally in the third quarter of 2024, followed closely by the iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro in sales.
Samsung occupies five spots on the global top 10 best-selling smartphone list, maintaining the largest market share, with Apple following closely with four spots.
Surprisingly, there is only one domestic smartphone, the Redmi 13C 4G, ranking ninth, marking the second consecutive quarter it has made the top 10.
In contrast, the situation was similar last year at this time, with only the Redmi 12C 4G from China making the list, also ranking ninth.
It is important to note that, apart from iPhones and the Samsung S24, all other models on this list are low-end models, primarily achieving breakthroughs in emerging markets.
According to analysis, Apple Intelligence and Galaxy AI from Apple and Samsung are particularly important in the high-end market, helping them continue to dominate the list.
This is also the current direction of domestic smartphone manufacturers, aiming to break through the competition soon.
