According to the information, the company is jointly held by Zhuhai Gree Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gree Electric Appliances, and Shanghai Jieyingtu New Material Technology Co., Ltd., holding 51% and 49% respectively.

Zhuhai Gree Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has focused on the research and development and application of industrial robots, CNC machine tools and other industrial automation fields since 2015, and has established close connections with many global automotive parts enterprises to provide equipment support for the manufacture of new energy automotive parts such as Tesla.
