On the evening of November 6, the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange released an article titled "Capital Increase Project | Capital Increase Project of AVIA Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd." on its official Weibo account. It mentioned, "AVIA will continuously enhance the value of its investment cooperation with Huawei, the value of products co-created by CHN, and the value of the software application ecosystem, bringing high investment returns to shareholders continuously. It has also made it clear that it plans to go public in 2026."

Public information shows that AVIA was established in 2018 and is a high-end smart electric vehicle brand jointly created by Changan, Huawei, and CATL.

From 2021 to 2023, AVIA has completed three rounds of financing. Investors include well-known investment institutions and leading enterprises such as Changan Automobile, NIO, West Securities Investment, Southern Asset Management, Liangjiang Capital, CATL, China Green Development Fund, Southern Demao Capital, and China Merchants Capital.

On October 11 this year, AVIA President Chen Zhuo revealed at a key supplier partner communication meeting that AVIA is currently undergoing Series C funding, raising 10 billion yuan in funds, with a post-investment valuation exceeding 30 billion yuan.

Moreover, the connection between AVIA and Huawei has further deepened. In August this year, AVIA announced that it would officially invest in Huawei's subsidiary, Shenzhen Yingwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., acquiring a 10% stake with a transaction amount of 11.5 billion yuan, becoming the second-largest shareholder of Yingwang and obtaining seats on the board of directors and audit committee. This investment has been completed, and the cooperation between AVIA and Huawei has been upgraded to the HI PLUS model, promoting joint product definition, design, and brand marketing.

From 2022 to the first half of 2024, AVIA's net profits were -2.015 billion yuan, -3.693 billion yuan, and -1.395 billion yuan, respectively, with a cumulative loss of 7.103 billion yuan in the past two and a half years.

Currently, AVIA has three models on sale: AVIA 11, AVIA 12, and AVIA 07, with official guidance prices ranging from 200,000 to 400,000 yuan. Among them, AVIA 12 was only launched on November 2 this year.

In October this year, AVIA's sales exceeded 10,000 units for the first time, reaching 10,056 units, a year-on-year increase of 150% and a month-on-month increase of 120%, both setting new records. From January to October, AVIA delivered a cumulative total of 51,000 units.

In the future, AVIA will continue to launch various heavy-hitting products, including the AVIA 11 extended-range version, AVIA 012, AVIA E16 (internal code), and large five- and six-seater models.
