On the evening of July 21, Tengjing Technology unveiled its semi-annual performance forecast. The announcement indicated that the company anticipates revenue of RMB 400 million to RMB 450 million for the first half of 2026, representing a year-on-year surge of 52.16% to 71.18%. Net profit attributable to shareholders is expected to reach RMB 48 million to RMB 52 million, marking a year-on-year increase of 31.19% to 42.12%. Additionally, non-recurring profit and loss net profit is projected to grow by 38.63% to 50.18% year-on-year. After accounting for the impact of share-based payment expenses from the 2025 employee stock ownership plan, the actual net profit attributable to shareholders for the first half of the year is estimated to range between RMB 69.46 million and RMB 73.46 million.

The remarkable growth in performance is primarily attributed to the accelerated global development of AI computing power infrastructure and the sustained strong demand within the optical communication industry. Enhanced delivery of key products, including passive optical components that complement (or support) high-speed optical modules for data centers and OCS yttrium vanadate crystals, has emerged as the primary driver of growth. Concurrently, the company’s delivery volume of high-end optical modules in sectors such as semiconductor equipment continues to increase, and product mix optimization has resulted in a year-on-year improvement in the overall gross profit margin.
In the realm of OCS all-optical switches, Tengjing Technology offers a diverse range of precision optical components, including collimators, two-dimensional collimator arrays, and large-size pure YVO4 yttrium vanadate crystals. These components are compatible with multiple technological pathways, such as MEMS, liquid crystal, and piezoelectric ceramics.
In terms of production capacity, Phase I and Phase II of the Hefei yttrium vanadate crystal project have achieved full production. The Thailand factory is advancing towards production, and the Zhengzhou factory is slated to commence production in the third quarter of 2026. Capital expenditures remain substantial, with a focus on ensuring the expansion of high-speed optical modules and OCS passive optical components.
Furthermore, the North American subsidiary, GouMax, in partnership with domestic Gaomai Optical Communication, has initiated mass production of optical testing instruments, including tunable lasers and spectrometers. In 2026, it will continue to expand into the high-end testing market, supporting scenarios such as performance verification for 400G and above backbone networks and OCS.
The company stated that it will expedite capacity expansion in the second half of the year, bolster the delivery of optical communication and semiconductor optical modules, and consistently enhance profitability.
