On August 4, Ruide Intelligence unveiled the latest strides in its strategic alliance with Gudong Intelligence. As per the company's announcement in March 2026, Ruide Intelligence inked a strategic cooperation pact with Gudong Intelligence, a frontrunner in domestic AR core technology, to jointly establish an intelligent optics production base and testing center for Gudong Intelligence. The project is advancing systematically and is slated to commence trial production in the latter half of the year, setting the stage for subsequent large-scale production.

Casting our minds back, Ruide Intelligence declared on March 5 this year that it would allocate 50 million yuan from its own coffers to bolster Gudong Intelligence's capital, thereby securing a 10% stake post-capital increase. Gudong Intelligence stands as the sole domestic entity proficient in the full spectrum of core technologies encompassing arrayed waveguide and volume holographic waveguide, boasting end-to-end independent R&D prowess, from optical materials and precision modules to complete system integration and AI algorithms. Its volume holographic waveguide (PVG) technology commands a rare edge in the AR optics arena, with broad applicability in smart wearable device contexts.

This collaboration signifies a pivotal move by Ruide Intelligence in the smart hardware and new display terminal sectors, aligning with its '1+3+N' industrial strategy. Under this blueprint, Ruide Intelligence will set up an AI+AR glasses intelligent optics production base and testing center for Gudong Intelligence, crafting a new generation of high-caliber production lines with provisions for intelligent enhancements. The company aims to wrap up the construction of the smart glasses workshop and kick off trial production in the second half of the year, while concurrently expanding its downstream customer network.
