Recently, Huicheng Vacuum disclosed its 2026 plan to issue A-shares to specific investors, aiming to raise no more than 955 million yuan for the industrialization project of ultra-precision semiconductor and continuous PVD equipment, as well as to supplement working capital. The total investment for the industrialization project is 765 million yuan, with 669 million yuan proposed to be funded through the raise, and the construction period is expected to be 2 years.

According to the plan, the ultra-precision optical coating equipment planned for this fundraising project is primarily used for preparing optical films for ultra-precision optical components in advanced lithography equipment.
The project aims to meet the higher requirements for vacuum coating technology in terms of film thickness, uniformity, adhesion, and stability for ultra-precision optical components in lithography equipment within the domestic semiconductor industry, enhancing the overall performance of ultra-precision optical components to match the development needs of domestic semiconductor lithography equipment. Additionally, the project will establish independent production capabilities for PVD equipment such as TGV micro-hole coating equipment and continuous coating equipment.
The project will be located in the Songshan Lake High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Dongguan, where high-grade clean rooms will be constructed, and automated production lines and supporting equipment will be introduced to create an advanced manufacturing base suitable for higher-precision PVD equipment production. Huicheng Vacuum simultaneously disclosed its plan to use 248 million yuan of self-raised funds to purchase land use rights totaling 87,500 square meters and 53,400 square meters of factory buildings and supporting infrastructure in the Songshan Lake High-Tech Zone, providing site support for the project implementation.
Huicheng Vacuum stated that it has successfully developed PVD equipment for ultra-precision optical components and 3D stacked packaging TGV solutions, and has delivered small quantities of products to some universities, research institutes, and related manufacturers. The company has deep expertise in the vacuum coating field and has mastered core technologies such as magnetron sputtering, evaporation coating, and ion plating.
In addition, Huicheng Vacuum plans to use 286 million yuan of the raised funds to supplement working capital, meeting the company's daily operational funding needs.
