On July 21, GECON East Intelligence carried out a specialized training and exchange event on energy and carbon management and AI applications for Chery Group. However, faced with complex demands such as multi-site collaborative management, energy efficiency improvement, and refined carbon emission control, traditional energy management models relying on manual experience can no longer support the lean operation of enterprises. How to utilize industrial data and artificial intelligence technologies to achieve autonomous perception, intelligent analysis, and optimized decision-making of energy systems has become an important topic for the green upgrading of automobile enterprises.

Relevant practices have shown that optimizing control through AI algorithms can effectively improve the operating efficiency of cooling stations and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.

During the on-site exchange session, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the expansion of AI applications in the automobile manufacturing industry, the path for zero-carbon factory construction, and the deepening application of energy and carbon management. Representatives from Chery Group stated that the training content was systematic and comprehensive, providing new ideas for the application of industrial AI technology in automobile manufacturing scenarios. Energy leaders from different manufacturing bases actively exchanged ideas based on actual business needs, further deepening the consensus between both parties on the coordinated development of green and intelligent manufacturing.

It is reported that Chery Group has set goals to achieve operational carbon neutrality by 2037 and value chain carbon neutrality by 2047. Focusing on this long-term strategic goal, both parties will continue to explore cooperation opportunities in the deep integration of zero-carbon factory construction and AI applications in manufacturing. Currently, both parties are engaging in in-depth discussions on in-depth energy and carbon scenarios in factories, particularly in the direction of HVAC AI intelligent control, jointly exploring new models for enhancing energy efficiency through artificial intelligence.
