CIQTEK (Hefei) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CIQTEK) made its debut on the STAR Market today, with an issue price set at RMB 21.22 per share, earning it the title of the "pioneer quantum precision measurement stock." As of the time of reporting, CIQTEK's shares had skyrocketed by 400%, trading at RMB 106.10 per share, boasting a market capitalization of approximately RMB 42.4 billion.

According to its prospectus, CIQTEK publicly issued 40.01 million shares, successfully raising around RMB 849 million. These funds will be earmarked for the industrialization of high-end scientific instruments, the establishment of a quantum technology development research institute, and the implementation of application center network projects.

Established in 2016, CIQTEK originated from the Key Laboratory of Microscale Magnetic Resonance at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). Its core technology is the result of over two decades of relentless research by Academician Jiangfeng Du's team. USTC, through its holding company, maintains a 14.75% stake in CIQTEK. The founding team, including Yu He and Xing Rong, are both distinguished PhDs from USTC.

At present, CIQTEK is dedicated to the R&D of high-end scientific instruments tailored for quantum technology, materials science, chemistry, biopharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, and other cutting-edge fields. It supplies universities, research institutes, and enterprises globally with state-of-the-art high-end scientific instruments, core components such as enhanced quantum sensors, and comprehensive solutions. Its business spans quantum information technology, spin resonance, electron microscopy, measurement-while-drilling, and gas adsorption analysis.

In terms of product offerings, its Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectrometer commands over 80% of the domestic market share and ranks second globally. It stands out as the sole domestic enterprise offering continuous wave/pulse and X/W full-band coverage.

Regarding quantum precision measurement equipment, CIQTEK's scanning NV probe microscope, quantum diamond single-spin spectrometer, and wide-field NV microscope are either exclusive or groundbreaking domestically. Their sensitivity/resolution surpasses that of traditional equipment, making them ideal for semiconductor failure analysis and biomagnetic imaging.

In the electron microscope segment, CIQTEK's electron microscope series contributed 56.29% to its revenue in 2025, serving as its primary revenue generator. It holds a 22% share of the domestic scanning electron microscope market and a 7% share of the dual-beam electron microscope market, ranking first among domestic brands.

Furthermore, CIQTEK's field emission SEM achieves a resolution of 0.6nm, while the DB500 dual-beam electron microscope enables nanoscale etching. Priced at about half that of comparable models from Zeiss, Hitachi, and Thermo Fisher, these products have been integrated into the production lines of BOE, BYD, and CATL for semiconductor defect localization and material testing.

In terms of financial performance, as of the end of 2025, CIQTEK had not yet achieved profitability, but its loss scale had significantly diminished. Over the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, CIQTEK's revenues were approximately RMB 400 million, RMB 501 million, and RMB 666 million, respectively, with net losses of approximately RMB -140 million, RMB -74 million, and RMB -6 million.

For the first half of 2026, the company anticipates a year-on-year revenue increase of 40.18% to 63.54%. The net profit attributable to the parent company's owners is expected to fluctuate by -3.34% to 18.71% year-on-year.
