According to xiaomitime, recently, two codes for Xiaomi MIX Flip 2 were discovered in the GSMA IMEI database, namely 2505APX7BC and 2505APX7BG, representing the Chinese mainland version and the international version, respectively.

Judging from the model codes, Xiaomi MIX Flip 2 will be released for sale in May next year.

In line with Xiaomi's flagship positioning for the MIX Flip, the second generation will continue to prioritize performance experience, with the processor expected to be upgraded to Snapdragon 8 Gen4, and imaging capabilities should also be further enhanced.

It is reported that Xiaomi MIX Flip is currently selling very well, and the company has paid sufficient attention to it, with multiple updates to the Pengpai OS already pushed out after its launch, adding many features and optimizations to the external screen and overall experience.

A few days ago, support was also added for focus notification cards on the smart pop-up window, which can quickly display information such as voice recordings, schedules, verification codes, taxi bookings, and food delivery progress, making it convenient for users to view in real-time.

Its external screen is not only large in size but also rich in functionality, even supporting full-size keyboard input, making it easy to chat on WeChat and scroll through Douyin.

In terms of specifications, as Xiaomi's first vertically folding phone, the Xiaomi MIX Flip is equipped with a 4780mAh Jinshajiang battery, supports 67W fast charging, and uses the Pengpai G1 chip.

It also features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, a 50MP Leica primary camera, a 4.01-inch ultra-large external screen made of Xiaomi's Longjing glass, which is 10 times more resistant to falls than traditional glass.
