Recently, OFILM's issuance of shares to acquire a 28.2461% stake in OFILM Microelectronics, held by Nanchang Industry Alliance, was approved by the Merger and Acquisition Restructuring Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Upon completion of the transaction, OFILM will achieve full integration of OFILM Microelectronics, strengthening its control in core sectors such as fingerprint recognition, 3D perception, and machine vision.

As a key component of the OFILM ecosystem, OFILM Microelectronics boasts profound technological expertise in ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, automotive optical sensing, and machine vision. Notably, OFILM is accelerating its all-solid-state LiDAR layout (layout). In February this year, it forged a strategic partnership with Fushichip, leveraging Fushichip's latest area array SPAD-SoC chip to jointly launch the industry's first true two-dimensional addressing short-range solid-state LiDAR.
This product features a pure solid-state architecture and chip-level design, effectively addressing issues such as high reflectivity expansion, multipath interference, and dust interference. It offers centimeter-level accuracy, low power consumption, and strong scene adaptability, covering various fields of view and detection ranges. Targeting autonomous mobility scenarios such as robots, unmanned vehicles, and intelligent lawn mowers, it significantly enhances environmental perception, localization, navigation, and obstacle avoidance capabilities.
Next, the two parties will jointly develop all-solid-state LiDAR sensors with integrated visual capabilities to build the next-generation robot intelligent perception platform.
OFILM stated that this integration will shorten decision-making pathways, enhance R&D and resource collaboration efficiency, and provide a reliable perception foundation for the implementation of high-level autonomous driving and comprehensive intelligence.
