With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market, competition in the power battery industry has become increasingly fierce. Against this backdrop, solid-state batteries, due to their high energy density and superior safety, are regarded as the future direction of power battery technology. Tailan New Energy, an innovative company in the field of solid-state batteries, has attracted widespread attention from the capital market and the industry with a series of technological breakthroughs.
On November 7, Tailan New Energy joined hands with Changan Automobile to hold a new solid-state battery technology launch event in Chongqing. The event will highlight the innovative results of their joint research and development, and is expected to achieve new breakthroughs in the safety and large-scale application of solid-state batteries.
Tailan New Energy has independently developed a series of advanced solid-state battery key technologies, including "Highly Conductive Lithium-Oxygen Polymer Composite Material Technology," "In-situ Submicron Industrial Film Deposition (ISFD) Technology," and "Interface Softening Technology." These technologies have successfully addressed technical challenges such as the low lithium-ion conductivity of oxide materials and solid-solid interface coupling within a cost-controllable range, while significantly improving the intrinsic safety of batteries.
Tailan New Energy has also made significant progress in its industrialization layout. The company has established production bases in Chongqing and Anhui, with a total planned production capacity of 12.2 GWh. It has already achieved batch deliveries in some market segments, laying a solid foundation for market expansion and large-scale application.
Currently, the solid-state battery market is in a period of rapid growth. Tailan New Energy has received investment funding from well-known institutions such as China Investment Corporation and Legend Capital, fully demonstrating the capital market's recognition of its development potential. Changan Automobile's investment indicates confidence in the future prospects of solid-state batteries and accelerates the industrial application of solid-state battery technology in the domestic automotive industry. This joint technology launch not only enhances Tailan New Energy's market recognition among vehicle manufacturers but also provides strong support for future mass production and large-scale installations.
On November 7, in Chongqing, we eagerly anticipate the unveiling of a new chapter in solid-state battery technology by both parties!
