On the evening of August 4, Dongtian Micro unveiled its latest strategic move: leveraging its strategic development blueprint and business requirements, the company has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongtian Micro (Wuxi) Technology Co., Ltd., on August 3, utilizing its proprietary funds. The industrial and commercial registration formalities have been successfully finalized.

Dongtian Micro (Wuxi) boasts a registered capital of 30 million yuan, with Liu Chuang appointed as its legal representative. The subsidiary is strategically situated in Xinwu District, Wuxi City. Its business scope encompasses a wide array of semiconductor component-related operations, including technical services, sales of semiconductor discrete devices, manufacturing and sales of power electronic components, optical communication equipment, optoelectronic devices, and optical instruments. Equity disclosure confirms that the subsidiary is entirely owned by Dongtian Micro.

Dongtian Micro emphasized that the burgeoning demand for optical components, propelled by AI computing power, is on a continuous upward trajectory. The establishment of Dongtian Micro Wuxi aims to capitalize on the industrial cluster advantages of the Yangtze River Delta, establishing a localized service hub. This strategic move is poised to expedite the R&D and manufacturing processes of the company's semiconductor optical precision machining, while bolstering key segments of the optical processing-related business.

The subsidiary will offer a suite of nearby services, including sample verification, small-batch trial production, large-scale precision machining, and on-site technical docking services (here, 'docking services' are used to clearly convey the idea of technical interface and support). These services are designed to effectively curtail delivery cycles, swiftly respond to customer demands, deepen long-term strategic partnerships with key clients, and elevate one-stop supporting service capabilities for semiconductor optical and other components. The inception of the Wuxi subsidiary signifies a further strengthening of the company's foothold in the semiconductor optical domain.

In terms of financial performance, Dongtian Micro's recently released performance forecast for the first half of the year projects an estimated net profit attributable to shareholders ranging between 85 million yuan and 95 million yuan, marking a year-on-year surge of 67.71% to 87.44%. Amidst the thriving data center optical module industry chain, fueled by AI computing power demand, the company's revenue share from communication products such as optical isolators, WDM components, and Z-Block continues to ascend, fortifying overall operational stability.
