On December 16, 2024, the Jiangsu Hongruixing CCL Project embarked on its construction journey in the Lianshui New Material Industrial Park, backed by a total investment of approximately 2 billion yuan. The project envisages an annual production capacity of 33 million high-performance CCLs, positioning it to become Hongruixing Technology's largest and most advanced production hub in China upon completion. Targeting key sectors such as 5G communication and new energy vehicles, the project boasts products with a 20% enhancement in heat resistance compared to traditional materials, effectively bridging the gap in core materials for the Yangtze River Delta PCB industry chain.

The Lianshui County Government, adopting an innovative "special team advancement + conditional approval" approach, streamlined the entire process of land pre-approval, environmental assessment, and associated services within a remarkable 30 days, setting a precedent for "commencing construction upon land acquisition." This project, in collaboration with enterprises like Tech-Trend and CITIC Hua Electronics, forms a seamless industrial chain loop encompassing "glass fiber cloth - CCL - PCB - electronic components." It is anticipated that upon commencing production in the fourth quarter of 2025, with an initial annual capacity of 24 million CCLs, the project will propel the scale of Lianshui's new generation of electronic information industry to surpass 20 billion yuan, significantly contributing to the establishment of "East China's Electronic Components Capital."
